Dearden2007 is a place where men can speak honestly, receive encouragement, and know they are not alone. These rules protect every member’s dignity, privacy, and safety.
You do not have to agree with every member, but you must treat every person with dignity. We can have difficult conversations without attacking each other.

Do not publish someone’s address, phone number, workplace, private messages, court documents, or other identifying information without permission.
Do not post a child’s full name, address, school, private records, photographs, or information that could place a child at risk.
Threatening, encouraging, celebrating, or planning violence against yourself or another person is prohibited and may require immediate action.
Speak from your own experience. Do not present rumors as facts, make knowingly false accusations, or use the community to target another person.
No scams, repeated advertisements, fundraising without permission, fake accounts, or attempts to exploit members who may be struggling.
Members may share personal experiences and encouragement, but should not diagnose others or present dangerous medical advice as professional treatment.
If content violates these rules, use the Report button. Do not retaliate, threaten the member, or continue an argument that is becoming unsafe.
The response depends on the seriousness of the behavior, the member’s history, and whether anyone may be in danger.
The member is informed of the rule and asked to correct the behavior.
Posts or replies that violate the rules may be hidden or removed.
The account may temporarily lose access for repeated or serious violations.
Threats, exploitation, severe harassment, or repeated violations may result in permanent removal.
